How Can I Make a Return?
We accept returns on unused products that are sent back in their original condition with the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@sniffandnibble.com to receive the return address and further instructions. Kindly note that the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Returns are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receiving the product. Once your return is processed, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your provider.
Exchanges
We offer a hassle-free exchange process! If you'd like to exchange a product, simply contact us at support@sniffandnibble.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
What If My Order Arrives Damaged or Faulty?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify our customer service team on the date of delivery. Email us at support@sniffandnibble.com with the following information:

- Your full name
- Detailed photos of the damage
- A written description of the issue
We will review your case promptly and work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Problems with Delivery
Sniff & Nibble is not liable for missing parcels sent to an incorrect address or those requested to be left in an unsecured location.
If your order is missing, please contact us at support@sniffandnibble.com to report the issue. Please note that:
- For domestic orders, we cannot process refunds or replacements until 20 working days after the dispatch date.
- For international shipments, this period extends to 25 working days.
Once this period has passed, we will replace the missing order or issue a refund.
Local Customs Duty/Tax Fees
Sniff & Nibble is not responsible for additional import or customs fees incurred with your order. Please consult your local government’s website for details on customs and taxes. Some examples include:
- United Kingdom: No customs fee
- United States: No customs fee
- Canada: No customs fee
- Europe: Orders under £135 are tax-free
- Australia: No customs fee
- Japan: No customs fee
- Hong Kong: No customs fee
- United Arab Emirates: No customs fee
- South Korea: Orders under $150 are tax-free
